I'm back!

It's been a good 6 months. How have you guys fared? I see some new faces, and some old ones as well. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for sticking around for so long during my absence. I know it's been hard and know our morale is low, but I hope you guys stick with us for a little bit longer as I attempt to fix some kinks in our armour and turn ourselves into a fully functioning endgame guild.

First of all some things I need to say. During the past few months I have been going to college to gain my masters in Architecture, so I will probably be pretty busy. I will make it my very best to be on here as much as I can so if you wish to contact me feel free to use this website or email me at beyondthewheel84 {at} gmail.com. I'll try to answer any questions you need.

Now to business. Like I said I will try my hardest to fix this guild up into a full time raiding guild, but I can't do it alone. Therefore I hope to have your support and help as we head forward the next few months. First off...

1) I would like you to list all your characters you may have in our guild, and your availability during the week. This is VERY important if we're going to be able to succeed as a raid guild.

2) I would like for you to use this site as much as possible, this is a very important organizational tool. I know we have calendars in game and can schedule things via there, but some people may have real life or whatnot. This place should be your FIRST target in finding out any schedule regarding raids/heroics and anything else that concerns our guild.

3) Recruiting. In order to be a stable guild we need to recruit people who are willing to put up the time and energy to make this guild into a great guild.

One thing I'd like to say is that this guild isn't about you, it's about us. Everyone will get their gear in good time, but I cannot and willnot stand for people who are looking out for only their benefit. I sometimes say that this is my baby, but, in reality, for all those who have join this guild this isn't mine alone. This is ours, and I want everyone to have pride for this guild as a whole. So treat any reward given to somebody else as a reward for the greater good of this guild, and most importantly remember that every person is an important cog in our machine, and hopefully in these next few months we can build this machine into a powerhouse we can be proud of.

Concerning Raids.

There is no raid this week due to lack of sign up and participation on the forums. This website was made both for a fun place to visit and also to streamline the raid process. We do not have ten people in this guild continuously showing for raiding each week, we have anywhere between 4 to 12, and sometimes different people entirely.

If we are wanting to progress through raids as a guild then we need people to start showing. Every time we bring someone new, either guild member or random person from LFG, we have to slow down to explain the fight and possibly to relearn it entirely. For this reason we are trying to set up more complete raid teams.

Thank you to the people who have signed up and posted your preferred raid schedule, we are currently looking into rescheduling and what days/times are available. This process would be going a lot faster, however, if people had come to us on the website and just posted their times instead of us having to go to everyone individually.

If we don't start getting cooperation on this we may have to start bringing people from outside the guild who might show more interest in doing this. Feel free to help get people on the website, this is for all of your benefit as well as ours. There's also much more to the website then just raid information, here we can offer easy access to class information and friendly discussions with random links.

Ulduar10 - Sunday, September 13

Today's half of the Ulduar10 raid will be canceled. Comm will be absent and Selanye is currently sick. We made it further then expected yesterday and have a large selection of new bosses most of you haven't seen, and Comm and Sel need to learn them as well, so we're not picking up two random tanks to kill one, maybe two bosses.

Anyone taking part in or interested in raiding should visit the raid forums. We would like to see if we have enough interest to start up a second raid due to overflowing interest in our first raid, as well as take a look at peoples available time slots.
